beginner diving course?

Who?
Diving is for EVERYONE! All ages are welcome to sign up for this Introduction to Diving Course. No fancy swimming abilities necessary. As long as participants are able to easily get to the side of the pool and feel comfortable in deep water, this course is for YOU.
(No annual membership required)

What?
For only $150
Your diver will learn:
How to safely use the diving board
Basic body positions
Proper diving technique
There is ALWAYS more to learn, and starting out with a solid foundation is the best way to begin that process!

When?
This course is tailored to fit into your schedule! You choose which 4 consecutive weeks your diver will attend.
(Must be at a time when diving sessions are offered.)
Generally speaking, Hours at FGCU are:
M-Th 4:30-7:30, Fri 4:30-7
General Golden Gate hours are:
Tuesdays 4-5pm

Where?
We currently offer sessions in:
Naples, at the Golden Gate Aquatic Center
and well as in Ft. Myers, at the FGCU pool.
